Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday season and welcome to our first newsletter of 2024!
At Continuity Care we encourage our families to consider creating a sharing circle for their person with an intellectual disability (really any disability). Our cover page features a great example of a sharing circle that is celebrating 25 years of friendship. On page 2 is Suzanne’s Message from the Office and we are looking for volunteers for our board, HR Committee and the Mike Keane Celebrity Hockey Classic. On page 3 we share some sad news from the Continuity Care family and some good news from the Baby Boomer Café. Page 4 our biggest sharing circle, the Baby Boomer Café, shares two events with you.
