Making a gift to Continuity Care is easy. You can:

• Donate directly: mail us a cheque or call our office to pay by credit card
• Contribute to our Endowment Fund with The Winnipeg Foundation
• Donate online through Canada Helps
• Set up a planned gift or deferred investment for Continuity Care
