This new workshop is intended for family members who are thinking about or have already created a discretionary (Henson) trust as part of their Will and Estate Plan. It provides valuable information to current and future trustees about their role, duties and responsibilities, rules, regulations, and requirements when it comes to administering this type of trust for a beneficiary with a disability.
